It is $25.00 to renew your Membership whether you are an Active Volunteer Member, or, a Friend of the Brigade Member. Simply Add to Cart.
EXCEPTION
If you joined the Brigade this year, on or since 01 May, and paid the $25, then you do not need to renew until next year.
No cost to LIFE MEMBERS - 80 years of age or older. In fact, Life Members do not even have to renew as they are members for life.
PREVIOUS MEMBERS
You are welcome to renew if you were once a Bytown Fire Brigade Member from 1983 to the present, no matter for what reason you left the Brigade. WELCOME BACK!
Previous Members are entered as current Friend-of-the-Brigade Members.
MEMBERSHIP YEAR
The membership year runs from the start of one fiscal-year on 01 October to the end of the fiscal-year on 30 September..
However, to protect member voting rights at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), usually held in November, membership privileges are extended until the last minute of the AGM.

LIFE MEMBER
I am a Bytown Fire Brigade Member that has reached my 80th Birthday and I have notified the Secretary.
FRIEND OF THE BRIGADE MEMBER
I want to be a Friends-of-the-Brigade Member, receive Bytown Fire Brigade information by email, and if interested, support Bytown Fire Brigade special events and fundraising functions.
ACTIVE VOLUNTEER MEMBER
I would like to be a working volunteer for one or more of the Bytown Fire Brigade’s Teams that involve the museum collection, public displays, parades, fundraising, vehicles restoration, maintenance, and other volunteer work.
